Hillel brings over 12 years of stellar business experience in overseeing and managing a full service point of purchase retail display business. Hillel was responsible for growing the company’s annual revenues from $6mm to over $45mm. In 2016, his company was acquired and Hillel now brings his Fortune 500 network and expert project management skills to source opportunities and spearhead Yellowstone’s growth.
Stuart Zelmanovitz, JD
Stuart brings a diverse background in marketing, law and real estate to Yellowstone. Previously, Stuart directed the acquisitions of a focused, diversified real estate portfolio from $0, to over $180M in value. Stuart brings his experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, finance, creative debt and equity structuring and legal background to Yellowstone Property Group.
